You will never receive an unexpected bill as there are no consumable micro-transactions in Town Squared. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without closing your account. All progress is retained so you can take a break, then when you’re ready your child can pick up exactly where they left off.

Town Squared does not advertise to your child. There is no product placement, messaging or upselling in the game. Even our sponsors aren’t allowed in the game.

Children communicate through pre-set text, emojis and gestures. Gameplay has been designed to motivate through collaboration and community, not competition or factions. There’s no public leaderboards to de-motivate struggling kids. Everyone is shown as equal regardless of individual maths capability.

Town Squared has been designed to allow for shorter play sessions (despite what children will try have you believe!) Sessions can be comfortably completed in class, or be used for quality screen time at home.

We utilise best practices for data security, including secure logins, strict access protocol, and we don’t capture personally identifiable information. All data is stored on secured platforms hosted by Microsoft in Sydney, Australia.
